Want To Be In Our Next Music Video?
Drunken Logic is making a triumphant return to our favorite venue in Boston, The Red Room @ Cafe 939, at 8PM on Saturday, April 12! We’ve played three great shows here in the past, and we’re as excited to play alongside Midnight Snack and Rocket and the Ghost as we’ve been for any show in our two years of existence. On top of playing this great room with these great bands, we’re also filming a live music video for our song “Rhythm of the Rain”! It would mean a lot to see you all in the crowd for this show, and if you’re in the crowd, you could well end up in the video as well. Tickets are available now for $8, all ages are welcome.
Ahead of this show, we’ll be appearing on Left of the Dial on WTBU from 4-6PM on Wednesday, 4/9. We’ll be giving away two tickets to the Red Room show on this program, so make sure to listen in.
Lastly, the weather is finally getting nicer, so we are also back to our Faneuil busking ways! Be sure to stay posted to Facebook and Twitter to find out when we’ll be heading back out to do our free acoustic performances. We’ll see you soon!
The Drunks Go Marching In
It was tough having our February tour with DBTME cancelled at the last minute. Thanks for your patience and understanding — we will definitely reschedule some dates in Connecticut in the near future. This month, we have some great recording dates and shows that you should know about:
3/19-20 – We will be heading to Saugerties, NY to work with Willie Wells Sound on some more new material.
3/21 – Our first show at Copperfield’s Bar, with Your Used Clothes and Woven Woods.
3/22 – We’re returning to Desmond’s Tavern in NYC to play with Dom Esposito, Chix Appeal and the Pirahnas.
3/23 – We head back to The End in Brooklyn to finish recordings we began with Dom DiMaria last year.
We’ll be sure to keep you posted on all of this on Facebook and Twitter. We’ll also soon be posting live bootlegs and new demos on our Soundcloud page (and thus finally making good on one of our New Year’s resolutions), so stay tuned! Thanks as always.
Three New England Shows!
If you hadn’t heard yet, we’re embarking in two weeks on something we’ve been calling a “mini-tour” (I suppose it is debatable if it’s a tour at all, but that’s besides the point). We’re hitting the road with our good friend Ben Michalak, who performs under the name Doc Baker’s Traveling Musicological Extravaganza, to play three shows in Massachusetts in New England. There will be a lot of other great artists involved as well. Click the links below for details, and to let us know you’re coming on Facebook:
